Kate Middleton receives support from her family after being diagnosed with cancer.

“She has a very tight circle of friends, particularly in Norfolk, where she has very close friends,” royal expert Katie Nicholl said. Entertainment Tonight said In an interview published on Tuesday. “But I think the real anchors in her life are her parents … and her brother James … and her sister Pippa.”

“Although you certainly don't see them photographed together very often, they are very much in the background,” she continued. “They are absolutely basic.”

“Over the years, we have climbed many mountains together. As a family, we will climb this one with you ⛰️❤️,” she captioned the touching post.

Nicole said the Princess of Wales's parents, Carole and Michael, were “relieved” that her cancer was diagnosed at an early stage and was “resolute that the chemotherapy will be preventative chemotherapy”.

“Carole and Michael, they've always been an incredibly strong couple and very down to earth… What they're going to do now is they're going to come together and support her – not just William and Kate, [but] Even their grandchildren.”

In a video of her cancer diagnosis announcement shared by Middleton, 42, on Friday, she said her husband Prince William was by her side as a “great source of comfort and reassurance”.

The Prince of Wales, 41, pulled out of a memorial service honoring his late godfather, King Constantine II of Greece, in February after learning of Middleton's illness, Page Six has learned.

The couple have since escaped with their three children Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, 8, and Prince Louis, 5, to Anmar Hall in Norfolk to enjoy family time.

Middleton will not be joining the royal family at the Easter service this year due to her chemotherapy treatment. It is unclear whether William and their children will appear.

According to a palace insider, William is “doing his best” to balance his responsibilities as his wife focuses on her health.

“One minute he's running the school, now he's incredibly stressed,” the Page Six source added.

Of course, the announcement of Middleton's diagnosis came just over a month after her father-in-law, King Charles III, revealed she was undergoing treatment for cancer.
