Jenna Ellis: Former Trump lawyer admits reports about 2020 election were false and censored by judge

Ellis’ attorney, Michael Melito, said in a statement to CNN, “My client is a practicing attorney in good standing in the state of Colorado. In a very heated political environment, we have reached the right decision.”

The Office of Attorney Disciplinary Counsel previously indicated it would prepare an indictment against Ellis, but along with the audit notice, the office said in a statement that it “is not currently pursuing any other charges against Ms. Ellis.”
