DRHS juniors boys beat Annapolis 4-0 twice

The Digby Regional High School junior boys soccer team is off to a 2 and 0 start.

They met Annapolis Royal Regional Academy in the first two games of the season and beat them 4-0 both times.

In Annapolis on Tuesday, Sept. 23, Owen Titus scored twice for Digby and Charlie Pyne and Ryan Ritchie both scored once.

At home in Digby on Wednesday, Sept. 24, Owen Titus, Dylan Waldie, Rylee Amon and Charlie Pyne each had one.

“We’re off to a really great start,” said Digby coach Justin Oliver “And we’re hoping it continues.”

The junior boys travel to Bridgetown on Oct. 6 and then host the Trojans on Tuesday, Oct. 7 at the DRHS field.

Tonight Thursday, Sept. 25, the DRHS junior girls host Clare at 4:30 p.m. and tomorrow Friday, the senior boys are hosting an as-of-yet unnamed team.
