Digby’s junior boys soccer team is done for the season.

The Digby Regional High School junior boys Mariners lost both games of a home and home series against the Bridgetown Trojans.

Digby hosted the first game Tuesday, Oct. 23. Bridgetown stole that game 2-1. Brody Merrit headed in a corner kick to score for Digby.

In Bridgetown on Wednesday, Oct. 24, the Trojans scored twice in the first half, once on a breakaway and another on a penalty kick - a result of a Digby handball in the box.

There were no goals in the second.

Bridgetown now advances to regionals.
