Munro earns second hat trick in a row

The Clare Lions have improved to 2-3 thanks to a successful home opener weekend.

After three straight losses on the road, Clare won two at home—the second 7-3 over the Shannon Huskies of Dartmouth.

Dylan Saulnier had three goals (one unassisted) and an assist for Clare. Bennet Munro earned his second hat trick in two games and Anthony Leblanc had one goal.

Benn Warren stopped 36 of 30 shots for Clare.

Adam Henarie, Stevie Mosher and Bryan Gillis scored for the Huskies.
