Top-10 finish for Creighton

Sixteen-year-old Myles Creighton of the Digby Pines Golf Club finished in a tie for ninth Thursday at the NSGA Junior Boys championship at Abercrombie Golf Club in New Glasgow.

Creighton ended with a four-round total of 312, putting him 16 strokes back of tournament winner Brett McKinnon of Bell Bay Golf Club.

He was the lone junior entered from Digby.
