Friday’s scheduled Junior C hockey game between Clare Lions and the Valley Fuelers from Digby has been cancelled by the flu.

The match had been set for 9:30 p.m. in the Université Sainte-Anne arena, but Clare general manager Francis Robichaud said the Lions team is badly affected by H1N1 flu.

The game will be rescheduled.
