Digby's junior curling team is rocking.

They finished fourth out of 32 teams at the under-13 Junior Youthspiel in Truro in mid-February.

The team of Bailey Ross (Skip), Frank Garron (Third), Kamrin Maryatt (Second), and Zachery Robinson (First) battled through three days of curling, from Saturday, Feb. 18 to Monday, Feb. 20 to make it to the playoffs.

They played twice Saturday and won 4 - 3 and 5 - 4. Sunday morning they won again 6-2 but lost Sunday afternoon 6-2.

They still finished atop their division and advanced to the playoffs, where they lost 5 -1.

The weekend of curling also included a skills clinic and lots of fun.

The team's coach is Matt Ross.
