Creighton, a member of both the Annapolis Royal and Digby Pines golf clubs, had rounds of 71 and 76 for a 147 total in the two-day tournament.
The win earned Creighton an exemption to represent Nova Scotia at the CN Future Links championship tournament July 18-21 at Bell Bay Golf Club in Cape Breton.
In second place, 10 strokes back with a total of 157, was Ryan Nowe of Osprey Ridge Golf Club in Bridgewater. Bobby Dunphy of Antigonish Golf Club and Ian Lewis of Oakfield tied for third spot with a total of 159.
Creighton also earned an exemption to play in the NSGA Junior championship July 12-15 at Brightwood Golf and Country Club in Dartmouth.
