Princess New Minas, Michelle "Micha" Saade, has been named Queen Annapolisa 81st.
Saade, 22, recently completed her fourth year at St. Francis Xavier University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Human Kinetics. She will be continuing her education next year, by completing a BA Psychology with a minor in Religious Studies through St.FX distance education.
During her time at St. FX, Saade was honoured to receive the PHE Canada award for exemplary leadership in the field of health, physical education, recreation and dance. Recently, she was a member of the St. FX University Senate and enjoyed her position at the university newspaper, the Xaverian, as the sports and health editor. She enjoys spreading awareness of the importance of healthy living and the need of finding a life balance for a positive well-being.

Saade is the daughter of Pierre and Katia Saade. Her child attendant is nine-year-old Sophie Bezanson, who is the daughter of Mike Bezanson and Chantal Desrochers of New Minas.
Princess Kingston, Hilary Alain, was named first lady.
Second lady was Princess Windsor, Candace Kimball.
