Missing boy found safe

A Saint John radio station is reporting that a 13-year-old Digby boy reported missing Thursday has been found in the New Brunswick city.

CHSJ radio reports that police said the boy ran away from home and took the ferry across the Bay of Fundy while his parents thought he was still in Digby.

Police found the boy roaming the streets around midnight and placed him with friends of the family until his parents could pick him up today.
