No word on the cause of this shed fire in Bear River, Saturday afternoon, May 5 after 3 p.m.

The Bear River Fire Department put out a shed fire before it could spread to a nearby house. No one lived at the property at 511 Middlesex Road on the Annapolis side of the village.

Digby Fire Dept brought a load of water to help with the mop up and Smith's Cove was stood down.

Bear River Fire Department was first called to the fire at 3:24 p.m.
