Wharf Rat Rally welcomes bikers to Digby

In spite of Hurricane Earl’s weekend threat to the Wharf Rat Rally, sunny skies prevailed for the first two days of the sixth annual event as hundreds of bikers rode into Digby to enjoy Atlantic Canada’s largest motorcycle rally.
