People needing emergency services during the hours of closure should visit the nearest open emergency department.
The public is reminded to dial 911 in the case of an emergency.
In non-emergency situations, residents can call 811 to speak to a Registered Nurse 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Other hospital and community health services remain open even when the emergency department is closed.
Emergency department closures do not affect regular business hours for all other hospital departments.
