The countdown is on for Tideview Terrace residents and staff as construction begins on the new facility, which should be complete within a year and a half. An official groundbreaking ceremony took place Oct. 13 at the site of the new facility on Pleasant Street.

Administrator Debra Boudreau along with a few others spoke at the ceremony, the land was blessed and the ceremony was completed with a sod turning.
