Water flows on Water Street

Water bubbles up this afternoon onto Water Street at Prince William from an old valve in a water line, while a town crew tries to repair a broken valve further down the street.

Water has been cut off to a number of homes and businesses, but should be restored soon—unless the valve shown here yields to the pressure and also breaks.
